Just Solutions has a long-standing relationship with the Balkan Institute for Labour and Social Policy that stretches back to its foundation and its first joint project in Bulgaria with Just Solutions on behalf of a group of global clothing brands. A successful cooperation between local suppliers, global brands, government and trade unions in the apparel sector laid the foundations for one of the very first programmes on workplace dialogue and worker voice. This relationship has continued and underpins much of our work in Central Europe.
