Lena Zheng

With a background in workplace quality and social compliance across a variety of industrial sectors, Lena Zheng has a deep understanding of China’s labour laws and their application in the context of international industry standards of compliance. Lena has trained more recently with the Just Solutions Network as a trainer of managers, supervisors and front line workers.

Her most recent work has been training in a large footwear factory to build worker engagement and to improve workplace dialogue alongside the introduction of Lean manufacturing production models.
